Digital Marketing Strategy

No strategy, no business
Even if CULTURE eats strategy for breakfast*... strategy is still the best way to perform and grow a business.

Two main things :
1/ always define an objective before a strategy
2/ always build a 3 phases plan for a strategy**

* Peter Drucker used to say that Culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Meaning that a shared strategy is better than a brilliant one.
** The worst plan is: 1/preparation - 2/ conquest - 3/ consolidation
